Texts after a call

When you call TrackPass

Our phone assistant never texts you unless you say yes on the call.

Before any text, it asks one of these, in these exact words

  1. When a page of our website would help, our phone assistant asks:“Want me to text you that link? It's one text from TrackPass. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”
  2. When you have not had our contact card, it asks:“Want our contact card by text? It's one text from TrackPass. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”
  3. After you leave a message, it asks:“Is it OK if someone from TrackPass texts you back at this number about your message? Just a few texts about this. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

Only a clear yes counts. If you say no, or don't answer, TrackPass does not text you.

Each yes is for that one text, or for replies about the message you left. It never signs you up for anything else.

Reply STOP to any text from TrackPass to opt out, or HELP for help.

How it sounds on a call

The questions, and the line right after your answer, are always these words. The rest is an example: the assistant answers in its own words.

Caller: “How do I get a pass for the track?”

Phone assistant: “You buy it online with TrackPass and show its QR code at the gate. Want me to text you that link? It's one text from TrackPass. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

Caller: “Yes, please.”

Phone assistant: “Done, the link's in your texts.”

After someone leaves a message and says no:

Phone assistant: “Is it OK if someone from TrackPass texts you back at this number about your message? Just a few texts about this. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

Caller: “No thanks.”

Phone assistant: “No problem, nobody will text you. I've passed your message along to TrackPass.”

The text you get after a yes

A page of our website:“TrackPass: [the page's title]: [the page's address] You asked for this on a call. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Our contact card:“Here's the TrackPass contact card you asked for: www.trackpass.mx/card Reply STOP to opt out.”

A reply to a message you left comes from TrackPass's number, names TrackPass, and answers what you asked about.

How your answer is kept

Every answer, yes or no, is recorded: the date and time, the number you called from, the call, the exact question you were asked, and what you said. If your yes can't be recorded, nothing is sent.
