Who We Are

TrackPass is the marketing name for M.R.BRIX LLC. TrackPass is a track-operations platform that provides digital waivers, gate check-in, integrated payments, and a rider portal for motocross tracks and the riders who use them. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use TrackPass at trackpass.mx.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Date of birth (riders) and guardian information (for minors)
• Emergency contact details
• Track and event check-in records
• Signed waiver records (timestamp, IP address, signature)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; never stored on our servers)
• SMS consent and opt-in records, including your answer when our phone assistant asks whether it may text you

We also automatically collect usage data, including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve TrackPass services (waivers, gate check-in, payments, rider portal)
• To validate identity and waiver status at the gate
• To process payments and manage memberships
• To send transactional emails and account notifications (receipts, waiver reminders, check-in confirmations)
• To send text messages only of the kinds you agreed to: updates about track passes you bought, reminders and updates about events you choose, special offers and new passes, and texts you said yes to on a call
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

Mobile Phone Number Privacy

No mobile information sharing: Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We collect your mobile number and consent solely to deliver the SMS messages you have consented to receive, to process opt-out requests, and to maintain compliance records as required by law. Your mobile number and opt-in information are never sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party for their own marketing use.

SMS Messaging Disclosure

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, and END are also honored.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email hello@trackpass.mx.

We use essential cookies for authentication and site functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences via the consent banner displayed on your first visit.

Data Sharing

We share data with the following service providers solely to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Twilio — SMS message delivery
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Neon — database services
• Tracks — check-in and waiver status are visible to the track at which you check in (so the gate can verify and admit you)

We never sell your personal data. We do not share your information with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, email mike@mrbrix.com. We respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), password hashing, httpOnly cookies, CSRF protection, Content Security Policy headers, and rate limiting to protect your personal information.
