How TrackPass works

Tracks

Sell passes, collect signed waivers, and check riders in at the gate from one dashboard.

  1. 1

    Set up your track

Choose Set Up Your Track and find your listing. A track joins once its insurer has a waiver on it; then you prove the listing is yours with a code sent to the phone or email on it.

  2. 2

    Turn on payouts

Connect the account your pass money should go to. Riders cannot buy passes at your track until payouts are set up.

  3. 3

    Create your passes

Choose Create Pass. What it's for lists only the activities your insurer covers at your track, so you can only sell what you are insured for. Riders sign your insurer's waiver for that activity automatically.

  4. 4

    Run the gate

Choose Open Gate Check-In on a tablet or phone at the gate, and scan each rider's QR code (or tap their name). A rider who has not signed is stopped at the gate, not let through.

  5. 5

    Put races on your calendar

A Race pass asks for the race date and posts the race to your Full Throttle calendar, unless you untick it. It is valid on race day only.

Questions

Who writes our waiver?+

Your insurance company, which also decides which activities your track is covered for. You never choose or attach a waiver: each pass uses your insurer's waiver for its activity, and changes your insurer makes apply to your passes automatically.

Where do I see who signed?+

Open Manage Passes and choose Signed to see every signature at your track. Analytics shows check-ins, revenue and passes over time.

What is Ask TrackPass?+

Type a question about your track, like how many riders are on the track right now, and it answers from your own data.

Can I use one account as a rider, a track and an insurer?+

No. Each email is one account type: Rider, Track or Insurance. If you are two of these, use a different email for each.
