How TrackPass works
Riders
Buy your pass, sign the track's waiver online, and show your QR code at the gate.

Buy a pass
Open your dashboard and choose Buy Pass, then pick a day or season pass at your track. Tracks switch TrackPass on one at a time, so a track that has not yet will not offer passes here.

Sign the waiver
Before you ride you sign the track's release online. On a season pass you sign again each day you ride, so the track always has today's signature.

Show your QR code at the gate
Tap My QR Code on your dashboard and show it at the gate. Staff scan it and you are checked in. Nothing to print.

Riders under 18
Add them under Riders under 18. Each parent or legal guardian signs from their own account and checks their ID once, and one of them is at the gate. Send the other parent the link we give you so they can join. If you have sole custody, you can say so there.
Questions
Why do I sign again on a season pass?+
The track needs a signature for the day you ride. It takes a few seconds.
What is my Rider Score?+
Points you earn by riding: every visit counts, with extra for a new track, keeping a weekly streak and completing a class. Points come off for safety incidents, and slowly after a month without riding.
Does anyone check my ID?+
Riders sign for themselves. Parents and guardians of riders under 18 check their ID once, so the track knows a real adult signed.
Can I use one account as a rider, a track and an insurer?+
No. Each email is one account type: Rider, Track or Insurance. If you are two of these, use a different email for each.
