How TrackPass works

Insurance partners

Write the waivers riders sign, put them on the tracks you insure, and see the numbers for those tracks.

  1. 1

    Get approved

Every insurance company is approved by TrackPass before it can see track data or publish waivers. Until then your dashboard shows Under review.

  2. 2

    Set up your authenticator app

Approval gives you 3 days to set up an authenticator app. Sign in, scan the QR code with any authenticator app on your phone, and enter the 6-digit code it shows. It takes about a minute. If the 3 days pass, write to hello@trackpass.mx and we will reopen setup. From then on, signing in asks for the email code and the code from the app.

  3. 3

    Add the tracks you insure

Under My tracks, search for each track you cover and add it. Your waivers can only go on tracks listed there, and you only see numbers for those tracks.

  4. 4

    Write a waiver

Under Waivers, choose Write a waiver. Give it a name, choose the activity it covers (or every activity), and write the release as riders will read it. A track has one waiver per activity, so riders sign one waiver for a visit. Riders under 18 never sign for themselves. Both parents sign, each from their own account, or one parent signs alone after confirming they have sole custody. A legal guardian follows the same rule. Each checks their ID once. At the gate, staff pick which of them is there before the rider is checked in. This is the same on every waiver.

  5. 5

    Put it on your tracks

Pick its tracks right in the waiver, or later with Choose tracks. Those tracks can then sell passes for that activity, and riders sign your waiver before they ride.

  6. 6

    Send it to the insured

Under the waiver, choose Send to the insured beside a track and enter the insured's email. They get a link to read that exact version and either agree to it or ask you for a change. They cannot edit the wording. The answer shows beside the track, and we email your team when it comes in. The link works for 60 days. If you revise the waiver, send the new version.

Questions

Why can't I see anything yet?+

Your company has not been approved yet. TrackPass approves every insurance company before any track data opens.

What happens when I change a waiver?+

Changing its name or text creates a new version. Riders who signed the old version keep an exact record of what they signed, and everyone signs the new version at their next visit.

What do the numbers show?+

Tracks you insure, Live waivers, Signatures collected, and Tracks with no waiver, which is where riders cannot be covered yet.

What does it cost?+

There is no charge to you or to your tracks. Riders pay a small service fee on each pass.

Can I use one account as a rider, a track and an insurer?+

No. Each email is one account type: Rider, Track or Insurance. If you are two of these, use a different email for each.
